You agree to provide accurate information when requesting beta access, to keep your account credentials confidential, and to use the service in a way that doesn't disrupt other players or our infrastructure.

Beta access is granted at our discretion and is not guaranteed upon request. Beta builds are pre-release software and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or significant balance changes without notice.

Download links issued for beta builds are personal, token-protected, and time-limited. Sharing or redistributing your download link may result in access being revoked.

We may modify, suspend, or end the beta program at any time, with or without notice.

All game assets, branding, code, and content associated with Rolly are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Participating in the beta does not grant you any ownership rights in the game or its assets.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate beta access for any account found to violate these Terms, engage in cheating or exploitation, or otherwise act in a way that harms other players or the integrity of the game.

The beta application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Pre-release software may be unstable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services, including loss of data or in-progress beta rewards.
